Simons is a privately-owned property solutions business.

We employ almost 350 people who work on our sites and offices, providing quality, integrated solutions to brands and household names in the private and public sector including Tesco, Vodafone, M&S, House of Fraser and NHS Trusts.

We have an established in-house capability to fund schemes and unlock space alongside the full range of design and construction services, from complex new-build to all sizes of fit out, maintenance and aftercare.

Our strength lies in becoming a reliable and responsive partner for our customers. So that this remains the case, and to ensure that our vision isn't just words, we:

Structure our organisation so that the right people are in the right roles.
Task all senior managers to improve health and safety performance using the CHaSPI method.
Give all our site managers the power to issue unique red and yellow cards when they believe our strict health and safety guidelines aren't fully adhered to.
Continue to support the communities we work in, as well as our own Employee Trust.
Make half-yearly and annual appraisals available to all employees.
