We are looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to lead the design management team working on Tesco projects and a Design Manager to work within this team.

As a Design Manager you will ensure the timely and co-ordinated development of the design process to accord with the employer’s requirements, the development of the contractor’s proposals and ensure that designs are in accordance with the contract. The role requires good self motivation and the work is largely proactive with little or no direct supervision.

Simons is a national property solutions business. We are looking for a scaffolder to join our team based at our Lincoln Head Office. The ideal candidate should have P2 or Advanced scaffolding qualification and have a current CSCS card. They should also have a full driving licence ideally with Category C completed and being able to drive a 7.5 ton lorry.
