This often means that we must carefully balance needs and demands so that the end-product is not only right for the local community but that it's also profitable and able to meet partner performance requirements.

Our facilitation skills allow us to bring each party together to resolve timescales and budgets realistically and openly.

Local authorities are often the catalyst for rejuvination, and we've built some strong working relationships throughout the UK.

Most recently, we've worked hand-in-hand with West Oxfordshire District Council and Carmarthenshire County Council to deliver Marriotts Walk and St. Catherine's Walk - two brand new shopping and leisure schemes, each providing much-needed amenities while retaining the look and feel of their surroundings.

Often this rejuvination will kick-start a series of positive changes to the infrastructure of a town. In the process, we can also handle complex sites, highways and archaelogical issues, turning an initial idea into imaginative, profitable reality.
