A bespoke management development programme has been implemented to help support our line managers in providing them with the training to manage our people effectively.
All trainees are allocated a mentor to help support their development to become fully qualified and professional members of their appropriate professional body.
It is important that our trainees and sponsored undergraduates build the skills and experience they need to be successful in their chosen discipline and so we have introduced higher level NVQ's into the business.
The introduction of more NVQs means that not only do our trainees have the knowledge and understanding to carry out their role but they can also put them into practice at work. This accredited experience enables our trainees to apply to the appropriate professional body to gain membership.
