Quality
To assist us in achieving our goal of being the customers’ ‘First Choice’, we must be able to provide a consistently high quality product, with reliable and traceable systems.
To this end, we were one of the first building companies in the UK to register for BS5750 (Part II) in 1987, and since then have amended the certifications to meet ISO 9002:1994 and are now one of the first companies to have achieved registration to ISO 9001:2000. Our Quality objectives are:
- To maintain customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction to achieve our goal of being the customers’ ‘First Choice’
- To continually seek improvements in our systems, which are a vital ingredient for achieving profitable growth
- To meet our customer’s requirements by delivering and being able to prove that we can deliver excellent products.
Our Quality Systems assist us in these goals and provide an important review process to ensure we are achieving our objectives.
