M&S Cheshire Oaks Design Competition
A group of students from West Cheshire College has won a design competition held to celebrate the new M&S Store at Cheshire Oaks. The competition was managed by Simons as part of our Considerate Constructors Scheme to become more involved with the local communities living close to the Cheshire Oaks site.
The competition spanned a full academic year and the brief provided was for students to design alternative uses for the land and building of the store once it comes to the end of its current operating life as a retail store.
Both Mark Noonan and Ed Dixon attended the prize giving ceremony which was held on 28 June 2012.
